January 24th

A meeting was called between director and actors today in absence of the production manager due to illness. As part of the contingency plan, this was put in place as some of the production team were unavailable and therefore date for filming had to be changed at short notice.

The new dates for filming were decided as the 6th & 7th of January

17th January

Below you can see i helped with the setting up of equipment and made sure the camera was fully charged, contained the relevant memory to film with and ensured the tripod was set up correctly.

We held a meeting to discuss the details of our filming schedule and make sure we were clear on dates, times and availability of all girls who were acting within our production. During this meeting we decided to film on 5 days during January. Thus allowing us extra time to check our footage and make decisions on anything we may have missed, could improve on or want to change. We also made sure to have a contingency plan in place, should anything not go according to plan.

Friday 17th January

Shannon and Madi set up the camera and we all had a meeting to discuss the scene in which the girls come out of the doors. We needed to discuss how this was to be filmed and in which way would give the effect we were looking for.

In the picture below you see Madi cutting the relevant holes out of the black bags which were used as costume, to portray all five girls looking and feeling rubbish.

Today we filmed girl number one with Shannon acting on camera. I assisted in the filming of scenes.
